Great little place, home cooked meals for a low price and quick!

Small place but good food. Very friendly staff. The crisp tacos were average. The green sauce was very good if you like hot. Enchiladas were very good, a long with the chips and salsa. Would go back again.

This place is the bomb. Food is always great when we make it up to Ruidoso. We always get the combo plate. Can't go wrong. Love love love their food.

The chips were very stale the salsa was salty. We waited over half an hour for our plates. The taco shells were out of a box and were stale. The meat for the tacos had no flavor. We never got refills on our drinks. They Never offered us any sauces for tacos. The people were nice. But the food was absolutely horrible. The best part of the whole experience was the green chili sauce. Never again.

One of the best New Mexican style food resturants my wife and I have ever eaten at. It is a little hole in the wall but appeatnces are not the best judge. The food is homemade, flavorful delisious and with a nice bite but not a bite that distracts from the flavor. Well worth the time to go and eat at Ole Taco when one is in Ruidoso Nm.

Good food friendly people

They were busy, so service was slow, but waitress was very nice. Spicy sauce, but very little seasoning on main dish. I had the nachos. The guacamole was good, but the meat had no seasoning. My friends had the tacos and were not impressed.

Specialty Tacos are the best!!

My lips are burning and my nose is running. All good signs of great authentic New Mexican food. We had the chimichanga with green sauce and the bacon and cheese quesadilla. Both plates were delicious. The chimichanga was excellent and I highly recommend if you love smothered deep fried burritos!

A local restaurant with authentic Mexican flavors. The waitress is the cashier and one of the cooks, and she was very efficient. The wait was 5 mins tops.

Perhaps the worst chicken tacos I've ever been served. Staff did not seem to be wearing Covid masks until I arrived at the take out window wearing my mask and the woman who was taking orders put her mask on. Overpriced mediocre Mexican food. I'll not return.

The food was great!! Hospitality went above all expectations when the owner ran out with my phone I left on the counter .... definitely recommend

Never had a chimichanga like there's.. Was good

As I pulled up to this little hole-in-the-wall, I was skeptical on how good it would be. When I entered the extremely tiny dining room, this didn't help my first impression either. The staff, however, were very friendly and appreciative we chose their place. We ordered to-go an enchilada plate and second with a taco and relleno. Upon returning to our hotel, we found the salsa they make was really flavorful. The enchilada sauce (both red and green) was amazing. I don't know how they season their refried beans, but they were extremely good and unique...I've never tasted beans like that before. The taco meat was seasoned well. The relleno wasn't anything special...a typical chile relleno. Overall, this place is worth visiting again!

This place has the best authentic food I’ve ever had. The queso is spicy, and taste fantastic. The green chili sauce is really spicy that keeps building as you eat it. The flavor is not Tex-Mex, it’s authentic, and it’s fantastic. The staff is very pleasant. The place is very small and very clean. This will be my first stop every time I come back. Highly recommend.

We hesitated to go because it is so tiny and hadn't seen alot of cars. But, my husband decided to take me one time. Now, it is one of my favorite! I am making myself try something new each time I go. So far, I love everything I have had. I have noticed that alot of people use the 'to go' window. I highly recommend Ole Taco👍👍👍👍
